GNS PERFORMANCE SALES & ORDERING POLICY
* All prices are subject to change without notice. Tennessee residents must add sales tax to all purchases. All sales must be
prepaid with your order unless otherwise pre-arranged. GNS Performance accepts MC/Visa, Amex, and Discover.
For on-line orders, credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
* We try to keep most parts in stock but its impossible to always have everything. If time of delivery is a concern please
call us to check stock status before ordering.
NOTE to Canadian customers: We ship via USPS, and the customer is responsible for any added fees charged by USPS for brokerage. Orders are encouraged to be placed via phone. For phone orders, please call (865) 660-1316, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.
SHIPPING POLICY: Free Shipping on ALL RideTech products! All other products will have shipping charges applied.
If you are ordering by phone, Upon request we are happy to email you a invoice including a tracking number at the time of shipment. We ship usually via USPS Priority unless the product is drop shipped directly from the manufacture, either way we still provide you with the appropriate tracking number for your order at the time of it being shipped. In stock orders placed before 1p.m. (EST) are usually shipped the same day.
PREPAYMENT POLICY: All orders must be prepaid. There is no surcharge for your credit card purchase.
RETURN POLICY: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. GNS Performance will pay the return shipping on replacement items and/or back ordered items. All Drop Shipped products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. Items returned for credit or non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be returned in original packaging and in "as shipped" condition. We will not accept returns of installed or used products. No Exceptions! All damages must be reported to us within 24 business hours, preferably by phone, call at 865-660-1316. Never accept damaged packages!
